What are GOs?
I'm assuming you are reading this because
you are a newbie to GOs!
No worries! I'm here to help ♡
Basically in short GO is an acronym for Group Order.
Group Orders were created to help fans have access to official & fangoods from South Korea and other countries around the world for a lower shipping cost by combining & shipping goods together.
There are other uses such as PC sorting or obtaining Korea exclusive items that some GOMs offer to joiners.
GOMs, Group Order Managers, are people who run these gos in their free time and do these as a free service.
There are many different GOMs for various k-pop fandoms and items.
Alright. Now to get into the details.
General Rules of Thumb when joining a group order are:
♡ Every GOM has a different way of running their GOs. If you are new to ones GO please please read their entire form and follow their rules. Most of the time a specific GOMs forms are the same format and process so once you are comfy with the way they run things it's easy to follow!
♡ Most GO's take a long time.
(Avg. 3-5 months but can go up to 12 months)
If you decide to join a GO you must be patient. There are a lot of bts (haha) that happens that we handle to make things easier for you but of course they do take time.
♡ RESEARCH THE GOM!! Check their process's, feedback tags & ask those joiners in the feedback tags about how the GO went. That is the most honest way to find out if that GOM is trustworthy & a right fit for you. Besides the cheaper shipping or access to goods this is about trust. Good GOMs respect you and your money. Unfortunately there have been scams before but that is why I always say to research before jumping into them. On the brighter side there are many wonderful GOMs that are honest & trustworthy and fun to interact with!!
♡ GOMs are human too!! We have families, lives, jobs, & feelings! Most of the time we do this in our free time out of our bedrooms to help you and many many others out in securing these goods so please be patient with us when we fall behind/things happen. We are doing this for free and most of the time by ourselves with very little help.
♡ Most GOs have 3 payments. Here is the breakdown:
First payment: GoodsSecond payment: EMS (from origin to me)Third payment: Shipping (from me to you!)
♡ A majority of the time GOMs DO NOT know time & pricing estimates since everything varies in production/shipping times & shipping rates usually go by weight which we do not know when the items are overseas.
Please do not ask. We get an insane amount of questions about this.
♡ Last but, not least. Reselling highly looked down upon. Reselling at face price that you purchased at is ok! But for profit?? Big nono since again use GOMs make no money off these GOs. Its only respectful to not resell. Joiners are constantly looking out for us & reporting if they find reselling. You will be blacklisted if caught.
Official PCs are the only thing that tend to be okay bc the PC market works differently.
I hope I didn't scare you away but generally GO's are very simple. If you read the forms, follow the rules, and send your payments on time the process will be very smooth!

FAQ
What time zone are you in and when do you close forms?
Pacific Standard Time (PST). I will usually close forms 2 days before the due date at 11:59PM.
Do you do local pick-ups?
Yes! I do local pick-ups if you'd like to save on Domestic shipping. Currently I am doing limited
pick-ups in Garden Grove & Irvine. Those are TBA and will be coordinated directly with you.
Can you combine my orders?
If they are within the same batch or you have contacted me and gotten the okay to have certain items combined.
I have a section in the Domestic email forms I send out to indicate what you could combine :)
Can I still order __ ?
If my order form is still open pls feel free!! Sometimes I forget to close the form.
But if I've closed my form it means I've already submitted the order.
Can you ship to Canada/overseas?
Yes I can, just be wary of higher shipping prices!! Pls email/DM me first before placing your order!!
I've missed the payment deadline. Can I still submit my payment?
If it if for the goods most likely I've already omitted your order :(
If it is for EMS/Domestic shipping yes! Just let me know. Also my rule is that I will get to your order whenever
I have a chance since other orders have now become a priority. I will still try to get your out as soon as possible!
Please refer to the fees that I will put in your Domestic for late EMS.
When will you send out my Domestic payment email?
I go through the domestic forms in order they are submitted. If you still haven't gotten your Domestic email even though you sent EMS payment please make sure you filled out the Domestic Shipping Form (linked in every EMS email)! It is not my responsibility to track you down incase you did not send one. Late submissions are ok as long as you've sent your EMS on time.
When you will you ship out my order?
I am currently doing P.O. drop-offs every Thursday afternoon.
You may check your tracking number on the Pay Tab for shipping updates.
Can I request for you to open a GO?
If my requests are open yes!!

How long does it take to get my items?
GOs can take upwards to 3 - 12 months but the average is 3 - 4 months!
This is due to production, shipping times and processes.
Please be patient when joining a GO.
Do you do Personal Orders (IOs)?
Yes! Pls email me first to request the IO and we'll communicate from there. There may be times when I am a bit busy so please feel free to resend the email!

♡ I will not be responsible for any damaged/missing goods during the shipping processes.
♡ I will not be responsible for any losses of payment to the fs/artist. I only pay via PayPal to issue a PayPal claim if needed but a refund is not guaranteed.
♡ Please pay and send your forms on time. I am not responsible if you do not pay or submit them late. Nor will I track you down for them.
